Aim
On completion of the training, delegates will have gained the training to deliver the HRET operator course, including all Theoretical and practical sessions, including course assessments.

On completion, delegates will have developed a full understanding of:

- All HRET operator course content, including theoretical and practical sessions.
- The leaning outcomes and assessment criteria for the HRET operator course.
- The assessment methods utilised during the HRET operator course, including written and direct observation.
- The HRET Operator practical assessment
- The recording of all HRET course operator assessments, including written + observational assessments and Redkite Records.

Further information:
Delegates must possess a level 3 award in Education & Training, or equivalent teaching qualification.
The accreditation has been designed to qualify delegates who have already attended and passed the HRET Operator course, to HRET Instructor level.
Delegates must deliver theoretical and practical training sessions in the operation of HRETs in both piercing and firefighting applications.
